Fall 2008 Speech Contest
The Latin Leaders Fall 2008 Speech Contest went very well, We had a large attendance and a couple of guests as well. The contestants (from left to right) were Alberto Gutierrez, Cesar Vargas, Beatriz Camacho, Ramon Diaz, and Salvador Zamarripa (not pictured). Brenda was the test speaker with a speech entitled, “The Legend of the Chupacabras”. This was very difficult to judge because they were all so good.
And the winners:
1st Place Humorous Speech: Alberto Gutierrez
Runner up Humorous Speech: Cesar Vargas
1st Place Evaluation: Beatriz Camacho
Runner up Evaluation: Salvador Zamarripa
