Today’s meeting was held in the building next to our regular meeting location because the book store had a special event taking place. We met in the small area of the main bookstore. We had two speakers today, Nahetzin and myself. Nahetzin gave a speech from the advanced manual which was to be a demonstration talk. She talked about the best way to handle yourself during the Table Topics speeches. I have a presentation from the Successful Club Series titled “Evaluate to Motivate” which talks about the best ways to give evaluations. Afterwards we had a different kind of table topics session. This time we had a debate with four participants, two arguing for capital punishment, and two arguing against capital punishment. The winner today went to Sawarnjit. Congratulations!
